La tradizione del vino piemontese assume nella “Raimonda” contorni aulici, che portano la Barbera d’Alba DOC ad un livello superiore, dove profumi e sensazioni contribuiscono a regalare una bottiglia di grandissima personalità.
Le uve fermentano a contatto con le bucce per 7-8 giorni ad una temperatura controllata di 28-30 °C, per poi affinare per un anno, sia in barriques che in legno grande. Un altro piccolo capolavoro targato Fontanafredda.

“Raimonda”
Raimonda è una pura espressione di Langa, concretizzata in uno dei vini più tradizionali e territoriali che le colline locali sanno offrire: la Barbera d’Alba.
Prodotto con sole uve a varietà Barbera, questo rosso fresco e profumato viene vinificato in contenitori di acciaio, per poi affinare 12 mesi in botte di legno e 2-3 mesi in bottiglia.
Le spezie dolci, il lampone e la ciliegia matura animano il bouquet invitante di questo vino, che si presenta con una bellissima vitalità anche visiva grazie al suo colore rosso rubino luminoso. In bocca conferma l’impronta gusto-olfattiva del naso e procede snello nel segno della freschezza ben percepibile.
