“La Monella” è un vino rosso frizzante del Monferrato, prodotto a partire da uve Barbera. Affina 4 mesi in acciaio mantenendo così i sapori primari dell’uva: fragola, ciliegia, lampone e piccoli accenni di viola e pepe nero.
Al palato ritorna la frutta che gli conferisce vivacità, leggerezza, allegria e gradevolissima freschezza.

“La Monella”
Un grande classico del Monferrato, un rosso frizzante che deve il nome al padre di Giacomo Bologna. Era lui infatti a selezionare in cantina la botte di Barbera più ribelle ed esuberante, quella che chiamava La Monella e che si riconosceva per il suo caratteristico ed incontenibile frizzare.
La Barbera del Monferrato Frizzante DOC La Monella di Braida di Giacomo Bologna è un vino che rimane in acciaio per circa 4 mesi con presa di spuma in autoclave, a cui segue un breve affinamento in bottiglia di circa 2 mesi. Ne deriva un rosso profumatissimo, fresco e fragrante, dallo spiccato carattere gastronomico, tutto da bere per accompagnare una bella cena tra amici.
