Franciacorta Brut Millesimato was born from the ingenuity of the owner Vittorio Moretti and the skilful hand of the winemaker Mattia Vezzola.

The Bellavista winery is among the most authoritative and famous names in Italian sparkling wines, considered as a true maison of Franciacorta thanks to the production of symbolic and very high quality sparkling wines. In fact, this Millesimato Brut is a concrete example of this, a symbol of the cellar that fully embodies all its characteristics: impeccable, measured and balanced, a synthesis of elegance and finesse. We are in the center of Lombardy, in that corner of land that extends from the Po Valley to the shores of Lake Iseo. Here Bellavista sunk its roots decades ago by purchasing more than 200 hectares and producing excellence that would become a point of reference in the Italian sparkling wine world in just a few years.

The Millesimato Brut Franciacorta comes from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes of the same vintage grown on high hills with South/South-East exposure from vines over 25 years old. A part of the must ferments in small white oak barrels for about 7 months, while the remainder in steel. The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle according to the Classic Method and the aging on the yeasts lasts 36 months, the time necessary for the yeasts to return everything they have "eaten". This is followed by disgorgement and closure with the classic cork stopper and metal cage.

Bellavista Franciacorta Millesimato has a crystalline straw yellow color with golden reflections, embellished with a persistent, aristocratic and intriguing perlage. The range of aromas is persuasive and fresh: hints of bread crust, green apple, white flowers and honey pass in succession among mineral and citrus notes. The taste is elegant, creamy and unique, made possible by the synergy between freshness, softness, minerality and effervescence.
